Pushpanjali Health Partnership Initiative - (PHPI)
A very special program that seeks to encourage a continuous interaction between the community and the Pushpanjali Group of Hospitals. Under the aegis of this program, regular health screening, informative talks and activities related to your health and that of your family are organized through our partnership with RWA's, Community groups and Clubs of the areas you live in. To participate, kindly complete the enclosed PHPI registration form and present it at the Help-desk/Reception of any of the following centers for activation of enrollment at a nominal cost of Rs.100 per family. Upon activation of membership, you will receive smart card. You can present this card at any of the centers mentioned below, and receive exclusive privileges and benefits that are not available to general patients. In addition, senior citizens (above 65 years) are also eligible for membership in the Pushpanjali Golden Years Programme (PGYP).

Remember to carry the card along with you every time you visit any of the above facilities. This card entitles six members of your family to exclusive benefits at the five centers mentioned above.
