The department of Internal Medicine provides consultation and care for diagnosis and treatment of various infectious diseases, evolution and treatment of chronic and malignant diseases and specialized consultations for some specific groups such as senior citizens. The Department also provides expertise in management of patients in the critical care setting with complicated medical disorders, especially those involving multi-organ system failures.
